These terms cover purchases made through this storefront, operated by The Daily Grind Roastery, Indiranagar, Bangalore, India. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in INR or USD as selected. All coffee is roasted to order in small batches; product availability and roast dates may vary. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping

Domestic (India) orders are dispatched via our courier partner (Shiprocket); international orders may use other carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed — delays with couriers are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Because coffee is a perishable food product, we don't accept returns for change of mind once a bag has been opened.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the frequency you select, at a 10% discount off the one-time price. You can change or cancel a subscription any time before its next renewal by contacting us with your order number.

Reviews

Product reviews are submitted directly by shoppers. We don't edit review content beyond removing anything abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product. Marking a review "Verified Purchase" reflects that the order number provided matched a real order for that product — we don't otherwise verify review authorship.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for every order to arrive as described, but our liability for any issue is limited to the value of the order in question.
